I know that seeing a new stylist can be overwhelming and maybe even have a few questions. I want your visit to be a success so here are the most asked questions our new guests usually have:
Here’s a little information before your first visit:
Address: 127 Main St Kingston NH, 03848
Parking: there plenty of parking same parking lot as the Kingston 1686 House.
How to find me: use same main entrance as the restaurant, enter french doors to the left. We are in the room with the tall windows looking out to the parking lot.
How to prepare: we always recommend clean dry hair for all color services and any updo services. Bring any saved inspiration photos. Try not to wear anything that can get in the way like hoodies or collared shirts.
How do I know I'll be happy with my hair: please know that is my #1 goal, which is why your visit will start with a thorough consultation, we are going to cover your hair history and goals for this appointment and for future appointments. We will collaborate until we come to an agreement on what makes us both feel the best about achieving your goals.
How long will my appointments take: “haircuts” 30-60 minutes “root țouch-ups” -1.5/2 hour “light & bright” -3 hours “big changes” -4.hours+
My goal is always to allow enough time for each guest so every one stays on schedule.
How do I know how much it cost: all of our prices are listed right on our website. There are no hidden fees. The only time your price would change is if you change your service during our consultation.
What if I don't like how my hair turned out: great news, that doesn't happen around here. We are going to be talk a lot before and after your appointment to be sure we both feel confident with the plan and result. If for any reason you don't like your hair, contact us right away. We'll be happy to help.
