Cancellation Salon/Policies

Gillyflower Salon requires a 24 hours' cancellation notice for all appointments scheduled.

We ask that if you are unable to attend your pre-booked appointment, that you give us a 24 HOURS' NOTICE. When you forget your appointment or cancel within this time frame, our stylists miss out on an opportunity to accommodate another guest who may be waiting to be seen and it effects them financially.

We understand it is easy to forget your pre-booked appointments, which is why we send multiple text/email reminders. These are set to remind you 24 hours’ before your schedule appointment.

Cancellation fee will apply for missed appointments.

Less then 24 hours notice will result in a 50% of the reserved service price.

No Shows will result in a 50% of the service price.

By reserving an appointment in our schedule, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy. The reason for this policy is to keep our schedule filled, and accommodate guest on the waiting list.

Medical and Contagious Illness Policy

Right To Refuse Service: To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse or schedule service for any client showing visible symptoms of a potential serious contagious or undiagnosed medical condition (including, but not limited to, skin infections, severe open wounds, or jaundice yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Waved Cancellation Fees: If a service must be postponed by The Stylist due to an immediate health safety concern, all standard short notice cancellations and booking fees will be waived.

Rescheduling Requirement: The appointment may be rescheduled once the client is symptom-free or can provide verbal confirmation that they have been cleared by a healthcare provider to receive chemical or cosmetic hair treatments and services.
